These delicious cookies, are a classic kid-friendly recipe from New Zealand!
Prep time 10 minutes, cook time 12 minutes, makes 8 - 10
75g caster sugar
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour and cocoa to creamed butter and sugar.
Stir to combine.
Lastly, add cornflakes, mixing well to combine.
Put spoonfuls on a lined oven tray.
Bake for 12 minutes.
TOP TIP! Top with melted dark chocolate and a walnut to make them extra special.
